El hombre araña es muy impresionante

From a recent photo series (forgot who!) which featured Hispanic-Americans dressing up as superheroes while performing various mundane service sector jobs. The point being, I take it, to show how these common folks perform heroic deeds on a daily basis on YOUR behalf.


Unfortunately, I think the affect is mostly humorous, as so:

Never fear, lady, your burrito is still warm!

But no joke, really, as I well understand the work done - often in the shadows of the law - by our Hispanic brothers and sisters. And shame on your usual band of Repuglican monsters for demonizing them, as usual, in order to fear-monger for votes.
