The Powell Doctrine v. Bush tactics? With the dog representing our two latest imperial adventures?
You got it! But I find the Powell Doctrine, as it's called, is a useful doctrine for general life as well - knowing how to get out of something can be as important, if not more so, than knowing how to get in.
